The Dynarest® Airfloat 500 is a convenient, medical-grade air mattress designed with user comfort in mind. This mattress is equipped with a digital air pump and air pressure controls that allow for direct customization of firmness. The Airfloat 500 features three settings: static mode, ideal for patient transfers, and alternating cycle mode, which provides cell inflation for pressure redistribution. It is suitable for a wide range of patients up to 400 lb and combines dual therapies of low air loss and alternating pressure for the treatment of pressure wounds. The system consists of nineteen 8-inch pressure cycling air cells and an adjustable air flow dial on the pump, enabling customized comfort levels to meet individual patient requirements. Static mode inflates all air cells to help caretakers safely suspend alternating pressure, reducing repositioning or transfer-related injuries. Additionally, the Dynarest® Airfloat 500 includes a pillow function for enhanced patient comfort. The mattress replacement system features two modes—alternating cycle and static—and is equipped with a low pressure indicator light and audible alarm. It comes with a one-year warranty on the pump and a 90-day warranty on the mattress.
