The Mastercool® vacuum pump is a high-quality tool essential for complete A/C service, engineered for durability and reliability under demanding conditions, ensuring years of dependable performance. This vacuum pump features a new U.S. design with a stronger motor and includes a gas ballast valve to help prevent oil contamination caused by high moisture. It comes equipped with an easily removable vapor discharge/oil fill port that contains an internal check valve to prevent the escape of liquid oil, along with a large oil level sight glass featuring a max/min oil level indicator and an accessible oil drain valve. The pump's large, lightweight reinforced base provides stability during operation, while cooling fins and a high-volume fan maintain a lower temperature during extended motor use. The manifold valve isolates the pump from the system when testing for leaks and includes three inlet ports: 1/4", 3/8" SAE, and 1/2" ACME. This model also offers dual voltage capability and features a thermally protected motor with an on/off rocker switch.
