The kit includes a black fillable plastic base with wheels, assembly hardware, and sign mounting hardware. A 60" L square post for the base is sold separately. This base is designed to be used with signs measuring 24" x 24" or smaller, with a recommended ballast of 80 lbs. The 18" W thick-walled plastic base can be filled with dry sand, water, water plus anti-freeze, or base gel, providing versatility for different conditions. The incorporated wheels facilitate easy movement of the base.
