The multi-functional barricade system is designed to meet ADA requirements and can be used as an ADA pathway, crowd control device, manhole guard, or work area channelizer. It features a continuously detectable edge at both the top and bottom of the barricade, along with an exclusive tripod leg system that eliminates the need for sandbags when all three feet are used. The system includes an anti-trip foot on one side and two larger feet on the other, with the option to use only the larger feet with sandbags for ADA compliance. An easy handle allows for quick deployment of the barricade feet, and the units can pivot 120 degrees to accommodate various layouts, including a triangle formation for manhole guarding with three units. The barricade also boasts robust dual connectors for a user-friendly linking system, a smooth and comfortable guardrail with a rounded edge on the panel's top, and four recessed sheeting areas measuring 8" x 50" each, with holes for attaching signage. The product is MASH accepted (WZ-428) and complies with MUTCD standards, ensuring its reliability and safety.
