The multi-functional barricade system is designed to meet ADA requirements and can be utilized as an ADA pathway, crowd control, manhole guard, or work area channelizer. It features a continuously detectable edge at both the top and bottom of the barricade. The exclusive tripod leg system eliminates the need for sandbags when all three feet are used, with an anti-trip foot located on one side and two larger feet on the other side; only the larger feet should be used with sandbags to maintain ADA compliance. The barricade can be easily deployed using a handle turn to position the barricade feet, and it can be shaped to fit any layout, allowing units to pivot 120 degrees and form a triangle layout with three units for manhole guarding. The system also includes robust dual connectors for an easy-to-use linking system and features a smooth, comfortable guardrail with a rounded edge on the top of the panel. Additionally, there are four recessed sheeting areas, two on each side of the panel, measuring 8" x 50" each, along with holes for attaching signage. This barricade is MASH accepted WZ-428 and complies with MUTCD standards.
