The multi-functional barricade system is designed to meet ADA requirements and can be used as an ADA pathway, crowd control device, manhole guard, or work area channelizer. It features a continuously detectable edge at both the top and bottom of the barricade, along with an exclusive tripod leg system that does not require sandbags when all three feet are used; it includes an anti-trip foot on one side and two larger feet on the other side, allowing for ADA compliance when only the larger feet with sandbags are utilized. The barricade can be easily deployed with a simple handle turn, and its design allows for shaping to any layout, with the ability to pivot 120 degrees and arrange three units in a triangular formation for manhole guarding. The robust dual connectors facilitate an easy-to-use linking system, and the smooth, comfortable guardrail features a rounded edge on the top panel. Each of the four recessed sheeting areas, measuring 8" x 50" each, is located on both sides of the panel, providing holes for attaching signage. The barricade system is MASH accepted WZ-428 and meets MUTCD standards.
