The kit includes a durable, thick, recycled rubber base that is resistant to weather, oil, salt, moisture, UV light, and temperature changes, ensuring longevity and stability. It features molded-in hand-grips and optional polyurethane-lined wheels, which are durable and quiet for easy movement, along with zinc-plated hardware. A vinyl post cap and hardware for attaching a sign are also included. The system allows for stacking of 30 lb. and 60 lb. bases to achieve a total weight of 90 lbs. The reinforced plastic square post is designed for strength and stability, providing 15% greater wind resistance compared to round posts, along with 10 times more surface area contact between the sign and post, which prevents sign twisting and post rotation. The impact-resistant post includes reinforcing center crossbars, is lightweight, and will never rust, while pre-drilled holes accommodate multiple sign sizes.
