It features a fully welded steel base (no wood) which is ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck is equipped with a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that helps prevent costly damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant as well as mold, mildew, and tear resistant. Its powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability. The design allows for multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. The truck features 3" non-marking casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for enhanced control with heavier loads. This truck has a weight capacity of 250 lbs with a total caster rating of 600 lbs.
