This vinyl basket truck is designed for durability and protection, featuring a fully welded steel base that eliminates wood, making it suitable for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that mitigates damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant and resistant to mold, mildew, and tears. Additionally, a powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame add to its strength and durability. The truck ships fully assembled and ready to use, and multiple units can nest easily for freight savings and storage. It is equipped with R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration, enhancing control with heavier loads. The truck has a weight capacity of 400 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
