This vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast, while at the same time protecting your facility from expensive dents, dings, and scrapes. It features a fully welded steel base (no wood), making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck is equipped with a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that helps prevent damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant as well as mold, mildew, and tear resistant. Additionally, the powder coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide added strength and durability. Multiple units can nest easily for freight savings and storage, and the truck ships fully assembled and ready to use. It comes standard with R&B's patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration, enhancing control with heavier loads. The truck has a weight capacity of 400 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
