It features a fully welded steel base, eliminating wood to cater to facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) helps prevent damage to walls, doors, and equipment, contributing to cost savings. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant, as well as mold, mildew, and tear resistant. A powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability. The design allows for multiple units to nest easily for freight savings and storage, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. It is equipped with a patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 400 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
