This vinyl basket truck is designed to outperform and outlast, while protecting your facility from expensive dents, dings, and scrapes. The truck features a fully welded steel base (no wood), making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. It includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that helps prevent damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant, as well as mold, mildew, and tear resistant. The powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability. Multiple units nest easily for freight savings and storage, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. Standard equipment includes R&B's patented 5" clean wheel system™ casters in a 2 rigid/2 swivel configuration for enhanced control with heavier loads. The truck has a weight capacity of 500 lbs, with a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
