It features a fully welded steel base (no wood), making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck is equipped with a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) that prevents expensive damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant and resistant to mold, mildew, and tears. Additionally, the powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide enhanced strength and durability. Multiple units nest easily for freight savings and storage, and it ships fully assembled and ready to use. The patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters are designed in an all-swivel configuration for improved maneuverability, with a weight capacity of 500 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
