It features a fully welded steel base with no wood, making it ideal for facilities concerned about bacteria growth and fire safety. The truck includes a fully sewn air cushion bumper (patent pending) which helps prevent costly damage to walls, doors, and equipment. The commercial-grade 18 oz vinyl liner is flame retardant as well as mold, mildew, and tear resistant. Its powder-coated fully tubular steel base and frame provide additional strength and durability. The truck is designed to nest multiple units easily for freight savings and storage. It ships fully assembled and ready to use, and is equipped with patented 5" Clean Wheel System™ casters in an all-swivel configuration for enhanced maneuverability. The truck has a weight capacity of 525 lbs and a total caster rating of 800 lbs.
