Globe Scientific offers 10ml sterile self-standing transport tubes made from polypropylene, which are RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free. The screw caps feature an interior recess designed to securely clasp the back end of a swab, ensuring safety and convenience during nasal or nasopharyngeal sample collections. Each sterile tube has a working volume of 10ml to 13ml and a brim capacity of 15ml, with a leak resistance tested to 70 kPa. These tubes are sterilized by irradiation, self-standing, and non-graduated. The material specifications include USP VI class approved polypropylene (PP) for the tubes and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for the caps, both of which are non-pyrogenic. The quality control adheres to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards. In terms of packaging, the tubes are bulk packed with 200 per heat-sealed individual bag and 5 bags per case, while the caps are packaged with 1000 per bag and 1 bag per case.
