The kit includes a high-efficiency rack washer capable of processing 63 racks per hour, utilizing 0.5 gal (2L) of water per rack, with guaranteed hot water sanitization. It features an atmospheric booster to elevate the incoming cold water to a constant temperature of a minimum of 180°F (82°C) and pressure throughout the rinsing cycle, eliminating the need for an external booster. The unit is ENERGY STAR 2.0 certified and constructed from full stainless steel AISI 304 with a double skin insulated hood. It offers electronic control with a temperature display and self-diagnostics for enhanced serviceability. The deep drawn stainless steel tank has round corners for easy cleaning, and the inclined wash arms along with ceiling design prevent detergent-laden water drops from contaminating clean wares post-rinsing. The kit also includes detergent and rinse aid pumps for automatic initial and continuous cycle loading, ensuring optimal cleaning results.
