The high visibility safety yellow fan features a 115V industrial 2-speed motor, designed for modularity which allows for ease of maintenance and repairs, saving both time and money. It is constructed with three heavy-duty spring steel blades that are securely riveted with three 0.25" round head solid steel rivets and are statically balanced to ensure optimal performance. The blade guard incorporates an instant opening hinge feature for convenient maintenance and cleaning, with both the blade and guard meeting safety standards including OSHA and UL Probe. The clearance between the guard and blade at any point is no less than 2-1/2" (with a minimum of 1-1/2" clearance on the 20" model). The guards are fastened securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts. The fan's sturdy construction includes a heavy gauge, treated and painted 3" steel base equipped with industrial-grade casters for mobility. An articulating arm mounts to 12", 18", 20", and 24" fans, allowing for a 180-degree range to provide focused cooling. The product is protected with a 5-year hassle-free warranty.
