The high visibility safety yellow fan features a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and a modular design that facilitates ease of maintenance and repairs, ultimately saving time and money. It is equipped with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three-inch round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard incorporates an instant opening hinge feature for easy maintenance and cleaning, adhering to all safety standards including OSHA and UL Probe. The guards are fastened securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, while the I-beam mount is constructed from 1-1/2" rigid pipe, using heavy-duty conduit clamps that attach securely to vertical or horizontal I or H beams with a flange width of 6" to 14". This design allows for full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head, which can be hung from any of the four corners of a vertical I-beam. All components are galvanized or properly treated and painted, and the product is backed by a 5-year hassle-free warranty.
