The high visibility safety yellow fan is equipped with a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and features a modular design that facilitates easy maintenance and repairs, ultimately saving time and money. It is constructed with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced to ensure optimal performance. The blade guard incorporates an instant opening hinge feature for convenient maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard comply with all relevant safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe requirements. The clearance between the guard and blade at any point is not less than 2-1/2 inches, with a minimum of 1-1/2 inch clearance on the 20-inch model. The guards are securely fastened to the motor using four motor thru-bolts. The C-channel mount is made from 1-1/2 inch rigid pipe with heavy-duty conduit clamps, allowing secure attachment to a C-channel with up to a 3-inch flange and enabling full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head. All components are either galvanized or properly treated and painted, and the product is backed by a 5-year warranty.
