The kit includes a silver fan equipped with a 115V industrial 2-speed motor, designed for ease of maintenance and repairs with a modular design that saves time and money. It features three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each blade securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard incorporates an instant opening hinge feature for maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard comply with all safety standards, including OSHA and UL ProBE, ensuring a minimum clearance of 2-1/2" between the guard and blade (with a minimum of 1-1/2" clearance on the 20" model). The guards attach securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, while the C-channel mount is constructed from 1-1/2" rigid pipe with heavy-duty conduit clamps and can attach securely to C-channel flanges of up to 3". Additionally, it allows for full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head, and all parts are galvanized or properly treated and painted for durability.
