The fan kit features a silver fan equipped with a 115V industrial 2-speed motor, ensuring robust performance. Its modular design facilitates easy maintenance and repairs, saving both time and costs. Designed with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each blade is securely riveted with three ¼" round head solid steel rivets and is statically balanced for optimal efficiency. The blade guard includes an instant opening hinge feature for straightforward maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard comply with all safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe certifications. The guards are fastened securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts. Additionally, the I-beam mount is constructed from 1-1/2" rigid pipe with heavy-duty conduit clamps, allowing secure attachment to vertical or horizontal I or H beams of 6" to 14" flange width. It provides full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head, which can be hung off any of the four corners of a vertical I-beam. All components are galvanized or appropriately treated and painted, ensuring durability. The fan kit is protected with a 5-year hassle-free warranty.
