The high visibility safety yellow fan features a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and boasts a modular design that enhances maintenance and repair efficiency. It is equipped with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard includes an instant opening hinge for easy maintenance and cleaning, while both the blade and guard comply with safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe. The clearance between the guard and blade is no less than 2-1/2 inches, with a minimum of 1-1/2 inches clearance on the 20-inch model. The guards are firmly secured to the motor with four motor thru-bolts. Constructed from a 1-1/2-inch rigid pipe, the C-channel mount features heavy-duty conduit clamps and can attach securely to C-channels with flanges up to 3 inches, allowing for full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head. All components are either galvanized or properly treated and painted. This product is backed by a 5-year warranty.
