The kit includes a silver fan equipped with a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and features a modular design that facilitates maintenance and repairs. It is constructed with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three 1/4" round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard is designed with an instant opening hinge feature to ease maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard comply with safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe regulations. The clearance between the guard and blade is not less than 2-1/2 inches, with a minimum clearance of 1-1/2 inches on the 20-inch model. Guards are fastened securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts. The C-channel mount is constructed from 1-1/2 inch rigid pipe with heavy-duty conduit clamps and attaches securely to the C-channel with a flange of up to 3 inches, allowing for full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head. All components are galvanized or properly treated and painted, and the product is backed by a 5-year warranty.
