The kit includes a silver fan featuring a 115V industrial 2-speed motor, designed with a modular structure that facilitates ease of maintenance and repairs. It is equipped with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard incorporates an instant opening hinge feature, allowing for convenient maintenance and cleaning, while both the blade and guard comply with all safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe guidelines. The clearance between the guard and blade is not less than 2-1/2" at any point, with a minimum of 1-1/2" clearance on the 20" model. The guards are attached securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, and the C-channel mount is constructed from 1-1/2" rigid pipe with heavy-duty conduit clamps, allowing secure attachment to a C-channel of up to a 3" flange. This design permits full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head, and all components are galvanized or properly treated and painted. The product is backed by a 5-year warranty.
