The high visibility safety yellow fan features a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and a modular design that facilitates maintenance and repairs, ultimately saving time and money. It is constructed with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three 1" round head solid steel rivets, and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard includes an instant opening hinge for easy maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard comply with safety standards including OSHA and UL Probe. The guards are firmly fastened to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, while the I-beam mount is made from 1-1/2" rigid pipe with heavy-duty conduit clamps, enabling secure attachment to vertical or horizontal I or H beams with flange widths ranging from 6" to 14". This design allows for full tilt and horizontal adjustment of the fan head, which can be hung from any of the four corners of a vertical I-beam. All components are galvanized or appropriately treated and painted, and the fan is backed by a 5-year hassle-free warranty.
