The high visibility safety yellow fan features a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and a modular design that facilitates ease of maintenance and repairs, ultimately saving time and money. It is equipped with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard includes an instant opening hinge feature for convenient maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard meet stringent safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe certifications. The clearance between the guard and blade is no less than 2-1/2 inches, with a minimum of 1-1/2 inch clearance on the 20-inch model. The guards are fastened securely to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, and a heavy 8-gauge triangle bracket allows for wall or ceiling mounting with four mounting holes. The heavy-duty mount enables full tilt and swivel of the fan head, while the heavy gauge swivel and tilt motor mounting plate is secured with a 7/16-inch hex bolt and reversible locknut.
