The kit includes a silver fan featuring a 115V industrial 2-speed motor, designed with a modular structure that facilitates easy maintenance and repairs, ultimately saving time and costs. The fan consists of three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard incorporates an instant opening hinge feature, allowing for straightforward maintenance and cleaning, and both the blade and guard comply with safety standards, including OSHA and UL probe certifications. The clearance between the guard and blade is a minimum of 2-1/2" (with a minimum of 1-1/2" clearance on the 20" model), ensuring operational safety. The guards are securely fastened to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, while the heavy 8-gauge triangle bracket mounts to the wall or ceiling with four mounting holes. This robust mount enables full tilt and swivel of the fan head, and the heavy gauge swivel and tilt motor mounting plate is secured with a 7/16" hex bolt and reversible locknut.
