The high visibility safety yellow fan features a 115V industrial 2-speed motor and a modular design that facilitates ease of maintenance and repairs, making it both time and cost-efficient. It is equipped with three heavy-duty spring steel blades, each securely riveted with three round head solid steel rivets and statically balanced for optimal performance. The blade guard includes an instant opening hinge for convenient maintenance and cleaning, while both the blade and guard comply with all relevant safety standards including OSHA and UL Probe. The clearance between the guard and blade is not less than 2-1/2 inches, with a minimum of 1-1/2 inches clearance on the 20-inch model. The guards are securely fastened to the motor using four motor thru-bolts, and a heavy 8-gauge triangle bracket allows for wall or ceiling mounting through four mounting holes. This robust mount permits full tilt and swivel of the fan head, with a heavy gauge swivel and tilt motor mounting plate secured by a 7/16-inch hex bolt and reversible locknut.
