The kit includes a matched pair of professional quality precision ground steel blocks that are case hardened on all six sides, featuring a 2" x 4" x 6" 2-piece pair set with square dimensions accurate within 0.0003". The surface finish ranges from 6 to 16 micro inches and each block is designed with 23 holes for easy clamping, including 5 tapped holes measuring 3/8"-16 TPI and 18 plain holes. These blocks are particularly useful in layout or grinding work, offering a matched accuracy of .0002" and an overall accuracy of .0003" per inch. The kit is supplied with a protective case for secure storage.
