This machinist square set is used for layout or test square work and includes squares measuring 2", 4", and 6" with beams of 1-1/2", 3", and 4". It is made of the finest hardened steel, designed for precision layout and measurement work. The squares are true right angles both inside and outside, ensuring high accuracy. The beams and blades are ground and lapped for parallelism, and the length of the blade is measured from the corner edge of the beam to the end of the blades. A protective case is included for safe storage.
