PlushColor® recreational coatings are 100% acrylic, high-performance, non-fading all-weather color systems designed for tennis, basketball, and pickleball surfaces. These coatings adhere to asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and suitable concrete surfaces, with the requirement that previously unpainted concrete must be adequately prepared using acid etch and primed with E330. The key functions of PlushColor's coatings include playability, ensuring outstanding performance for a consistent ball bounce and stability; durability, achieved through a 100% acrylic binder fortified with fibers to withstand harsh weather conditions; and vibrant, fade-resistant colors, protected by a specialized formulation to prevent fading. PlushColor® and its acrylic resurfacer are provided in concentrate form, requiring the addition of sand and water as per the specification sheet.
