The sander boasts a powerful 0.28 HP (209W) pneumatic motor, lightweight aluminum housing, and a composite cover that helps absorb and reduce vibration while preventing cracked housings. Designed for operator comfort, it includes a comfortable rubber grip, a curved-throttle alloy steel lever, built-in wrist support, and a recessed lever platform to eliminate pinch points. The speed control dial is conveniently located on the side and is thumb-controlled, with a simplified paddle design for easy identification of the tool's orbit. It also incorporates three variable speed settings for versatility. This tool is ideal for applications such as metal fabrication, primer sanding, and gelcoat.
