Constructed from high-quality, hygienic, and easy-to-clean stainless steel, this oven features advanced ventilation and control technology, over temperature protection, and finely tuned heating technology. Temperature control includes an adjustable electronic over temperature monitor and a mechanical temperature limiter TB with protection class 1 according to DIN 12880, which switches off the heating approximately 20° C above the nominal temperature.
