The IBC Tote Heating Blanket, Super Rugged Pro Model, designed for a 275 gallon (1040 liter) capacity, offers advanced technology in a durable and easy-to-install design that effectively and reliably heats IBC Totes, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance for the contents. This Pro Model features two separate heat zones and delivers 25% more power compared to standard models, significantly reducing the time needed to heat materials. The heater includes an adjustable thermostat allowing temperature control ranging from ambient to 145°F (62°C) with a tolerance of ±5°F (±3°C). Constructed from an extremely durable and rugged alloy/vinyl shell, it is rated for use in temperatures as low as -60°F (-51°C). The innovative I-Wire heat spreading technology ensures uniform heat distribution, eliminating hot and cold spots, while providing a maintenance-free heating solution that enhances the longevity and effectiveness of stored chemicals and industrial products. Each Powerblanket® IBC Tote heater comes with an insulated lid to prevent heat loss and further optimize heat retention.
