Birdslide™ is designed to provide effective bird exclusion on ledges, eaves, angle irons, I-beams, and most "L" shaped ledges, ensuring that birds cannot gain a grip and instead slide off. The product is sold in a 15-foot case, which includes three five-foot sections. The new molded connectors help lock the ends together and fill any gaps that may occur when mounting on uneven surfaces. Available in gray or beige, Birdslide can be primed and painted to match any structure. The installation is straightforward; for ledges six inches wide, the flat base adheres using Bird Barrier Bond, while for narrower ledges, the "fin" can be trimmed, and for wider ledges, an extension can be added. It can also be secured to wood with screws. Constructed from UV-stabilized polycarbonate, Birdslide has a two-year warranty against UV breakdown, and painting the product can further extend its lifespan.
