Lockjaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered from high-strength synthetic fibers, offering a significantly stronger and lighter alternative to traditional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. These winch lines address the challenges posed by heavy, inflexible metal lines that can be a safety hazard and require substantial maintenance. Lockjaw® features a patented design that allows for seamless wrapping around various anchor points. The lines and shackles exhibit UV and abrasion resistance, ensuring durability without the risk of rust. The innovative locking mechanism securely retains the shackle when in use and is integrated into the shackle to prevent the loss of pins, a common issue with steel alternatives. In case of failure, the design ensures the rope falls safely to the ground without whipping dangerously, eliminating the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile. Each line has a working load limit of 7400 lb., and the product is manufactured in the USA.
