Lockjaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered from high strength synthetic fibers, offering superior strength and a significantly lighter alternative to traditional steel winch lines and shackles of comparable size. These winch lines address the challenges posed by metal counterparts, which are often heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome, introducing safety hazards and requiring considerable maintenance. The patented design of Lockjaw® facilitates easy wrapping around diverse anchor points, ensuring versatility in use. The lines and shackles are both UV and abrasion resistant, maintaining durability without the risk of rusting. An exclusive locking mechanism secures the shackle during operation, eliminating the risk of lost pins that commonly occur with steel options. Designed to prevent dangerous whipping during failure, the rope will simply drop to the ground, mitigating the risk of metal hooks becoming projectiles. Lockjaw® synthetic winch lines have a working load limit of 2833 lb. and are proudly made in the USA. Note that these lines are not rated for lifting and are patent pending.
