LockJaw® synthetic winch lines represent the most advanced option in winch lines, constructed from high strength synthetic fibers that provide superior strength and significantly reduced weight compared to steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. The design addresses the common issues associated with metal winch lines, which are often heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome, posing safety hazards and requiring more maintenance effort. LockJaw's patented design allows for easy wrapping around various anchor points, while the lines and shackles are UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring they will not rust. The exclusive lock mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use and is attached to the shackle itself, preventing the loss of pins typical with steel shackles. In case of failure, the rope design ensures it will only fall to the ground rather than whip dangerously, eliminating the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile. The winch line has a working load capacity of 10,700 lbs, is not rated for lifting, and is proudly made in the USA.
