LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered using high strength synthetic fibers, making them significantly stronger and lighter than conventional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. These lines address the issues associated with metal winch lines, which are heavy, inflexible, and pose safety hazards while requiring considerable maintenance. The patented design of LockJaw® allows for easy wrapping around various anchor points. The synthetic winch lines and shackles are both UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring durability without the risk of rust. The exclusive lock mechanism securely keeps the shackle closed during use and is attached to the shackle to prevent the loss of pins, a common issue with steel shackles. Designed to enhance safety, the rope will only fall to the ground and will not whip dangerously during a failure, and it eliminates the risk of a metal hook acting as a projectile if failure occurs. The winch lines are not rated for lifting and possess a working load limit of 10,700 lb. These products are proudly made in the USA and feature a patent pending status.
