LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are constructed from high strength synthetic fibers, providing superior strength and significantly reduced weight compared to steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. Designed to address the drawbacks of metal winch lines, LockJaw® offers flexibility and ease of use, minimizing safety hazards and maintenance efforts. The patented design allows for simple wrapping around various anchor points, while the synthetic materials ensure UV and abrasion resistance, in addition to eliminating rusting. The exclusive lock mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use and is integrated into the shackle to prevent the loss of pins commonly associated with steel shackles. In the event of failure, the design ensures the rope falls to the ground rather than whipping dangerously, and also reduces the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile. The winch lines have a working load limit of 10,700 lb. Not rated for lifting, these products are patent pending and proudly made in the USA.
