LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered with high strength synthetic fibers, offering a weight advantage and enhanced flexibility compared to traditional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. Designed to address the drawbacks of metal lines, LockJaw® minimizes safety hazards and maintenance efforts. This patented design facilitates easy wrapping around various anchor points. The synthetic winch lines and shackles are UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring durability without the risk of rust. An exclusive locking mechanism securely holds the shackle in place during use and is integrated into the shackle to prevent lost pins, a common issue with steel counterparts. The design further ensures that the rope will only drop harmlessly rather than whip during failure, eliminating the danger of metal hooks becoming projectiles. LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are not rated for lifting and feature a working load limit of 4400 lb. Manufactured in the USA, these products are patent pending.
