LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered for superior performance, constructed from high strength synthetic fibers that offer greater strength and significantly reduced weight compared to steel winch lines and shackles of the same size. These synthetic lines address the issues associated with metal winch lines, which are often heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome, posing safety risks and requiring extensive maintenance. The patented design of LockJaw® allows for easy wrapping around various anchor points, and the lines and shackles are both UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring durability and longevity without the risk of rust. The exclusive locking mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use, with the lock attached to the shackle to prevent the loss of pins that can occur with traditional steel options. In the event of failure, the rope is designed to fall safely to the ground without whipping, and it eliminates the hazard of a metal hook becoming a projectile. These winch lines are not rated for lifting, are patent pending, have a working load limit of 10,700 lb., and are proudly made in the USA.
