LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are designed with advanced technology, utilizing high strength synthetic fibers that make them stronger and significantly lighter than conventional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. The patented design facilitates easy wrapping around various anchor points, addressing the common drawbacks of metal winch lines, such as their weight, inflexibility, and maintenance challenges. These synthetic lines and shackles are UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring they won't rust. The exclusive lock mechanism securely holds the shackle in place during use and is integrated into the shackle to prevent the loss of pins, a frequent issue with steel alternatives. In the event of failure, the rope is engineered to fall safely to the ground instead of whipping dangerously, also eliminating the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile.
