LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered with high-strength synthetic fibers, making them significantly lighter and stronger than traditional steel winch lines and shackles of the same size. These winch lines address the challenges of metal alternatives, which tend to be heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome, creating potential safety hazards and requiring more maintenance. The innovative patented design allows LockJaw® to efficiently wrap around various anchor points. With UV and abrasion resistance, they will not rust, and the unique locking mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use, minimizing the risk of lost pins commonly associated with steel shackles. The design ensures that the rope will only drop to the ground safely rather than whip dangerously during failure, while also preventing metal hooks from becoming projectiles in such situations. It is important to note that these winch lines are not rated for lifting, are patent pending, and feature a working load limit of 4400 lb. Additionally, they are proudly made in the USA.
