LockJaw® synthetic winch lines represent the pinnacle of winching technology. Constructed from high-strength synthetic fibers, LockJaw lines are significantly stronger and lighter than traditional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. The design addresses the common issues associated with metal winch lines, which can be heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome to maintain, thus posing safety risks. LockJaw® features a patented design that allows for easy wrapping around various anchor points. These synthetic winch lines and shackles are UV and abrasion resistant, and they will not rust. An exclusive lock mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use, with the lock attached to the shackle to prevent lost pins often seen with steel alternatives. In the event of a failure, the rope is designed to fall safely to the ground without whipping, and the risk of a metal hook being launched as a projectile is eliminated. The product is not rated for lifting and is patent pending, with a working load limit of 4400 lb. It is proudly made in the USA.
