LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered from high-strength synthetic fibers, offering superior strength while being significantly lighter than traditional steel winch lines and shackles of equivalent size. These innovative winch lines address the limitations of metal lines, which are often heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome, thus posing safety risks and demanding more maintenance effort. LockJaw® features a patented design that enables easy wrapping around various anchor points, and both the synthetic winch lines and shackles are UV and abrasion resistant, ensuring longevity without the risk of rust. The design includes an exclusive lock that securely holds the shackle closed during use, with the lock integrated into the shackle to prevent the loss of pins—a common issue with steel shackles. The rope is designed to fall harmlessly to the ground instead of whipping dangerously in the event of failure, and it also eliminates the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile should a failure occur. This product is not rated for lifting, and it has a working load limit of 4400 lb. All components are proudly made in the USA.
