Metal winch lines pose challenges such as being heavy, inflexible, and inconvenient, which can be safety hazards and result in significant maintenance effort. LockJaw® winch line extensions present a solution, crafted from high strength HMPE fibers, making them stronger and safer than conventional metal cables. Each extension is equipped with an integrated shackle that allows for a quick and secure attachment to objects, and they are available in lengths of 25', 50', 75', and 100'. Not rated for lifting, the LockJaw® synthetic winch line features a patent-pending design with a securely locked shackle that remains closed during use, preventing the rope from whipping during failure and eliminating the risk of metal hooks becoming dangerous projectiles. The extensions have a working load limit of 13,166 lb., making them a perfect upgrade to existing winch lines.
