LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are constructed from high-strength synthetic fibers, offering a strength advantage and significantly reduced weight compared to steel winch lines and shackles of the same size. Designed to address the issues associated with traditional metal winch lines, LockJaw® is lightweight, flexible, and convenient, enhancing safety and reducing maintenance efforts. Its patented design facilitates easy wrapping around various anchor points. The synthetic lines and shackles are UV and abrasion-resistant, ensuring durability without the risk of rusting. Additionally, the unique locking mechanism securely holds the shackle closed during use, and is attached to the shackle to prevent lost pins— a common issue with steel counterparts. The design ensures that the rope will drop safely to the ground without whipping dangerously during failure, and it eliminates the risk of a metal hook being launched as a projectile. The product is not rated for lifting and features a working load limit of 13,166 lb. It is proudly made in the USA.
