LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered from high strength synthetic fibers, offering superior strength while being significantly lighter than traditional steel winch lines and shackles of comparable size. The synthetic design addresses the challenges associated with metal winch lines, which are often heavy, inflexible, and cumbersome, posing safety hazards and requiring extensive maintenance. LockJaw®'s patented design facilitates easy wrapping around various anchor points, and its synthetic composition ensures UV and abrasion resistance, preventing rusting. Each line features an exclusive lock mechanism that securely holds the shackle closed during operation, with the lock integrated into the shackle to prevent loss of pins, a common issue with steel alternatives. The design also minimizes risk during failure; the rope is engineered to fall to the ground rather than whipping dangerously, and it eliminates the risk of metal hooks becoming projectiles. The synthetic winch lines are not rated for lifting and are patent pending, with a working load limit of 13,166 lb. Additionally, all products are made in the USA.
