LockJaw® synthetic winch lines are engineered using high strength synthetic fibers, making them substantially stronger and significantly lighter than comparable steel winch lines and shackles. These winch lines address the issues associated with metal lines, such as their weight, inflexibility, and the inconvenience they pose, which can lead to safety hazards and increased maintenance efforts. LockJaw's patented design enables it to easily wrap around various anchor points, and its synthetic construction ensures UV and abrasion resistance, preventing rust. The innovative lock feature securely holds the shackle closed during use, and it is attached to the shackle to avoid the common issue of lost pins found in steel shackles. Additionally, the design allows the rope to drop to the ground rather than whip dangerously during failure, eliminating the risk of a metal hook becoming a projectile. This product is not rated for lifting, is patent pending, has a working load limit of 6600 lb, and is proudly made in the USA.
